Well CONNECTED™

Well CONNECTED is a news information service that has been developed specifically for students registered on the Well at College website. 

Its aim is to support students during their time at college and provide additional information on the key topics that can affect student life and help prepare them for that time when they leave college and move on into employment or higher education. 

In the Well CONNECTED site, students can access updates covering the local area including college specific news and info from local web feeds.  On a national scale students can receive bulletins from major news providers (such as BBC) and gain reviews, reports and circulations from key support agencies and organisations.

To access Well CONNECTED, students must be registered on Well at College.  Once logged on, student will also gain access to the following:

• What’s going on within the college through links to the news, events and main features on the college website
• Links to regional websites providing news and information on current affairs in the local vicinity including offers and opportunities for students
• Up to date features on key subjects that can affect daily student life and what happens afterwards
• Reviews of  useful websites and helplines that can provide advice and guidance to young people
• Links to fun and interactive learning tools on other websites
